You can choose between:

1. RENT either one or both the apartments in my villa (only rent)

   or

2. buy a TOUR PACKAGE with accomodation in my villa.

The package of the tour is flexible and tailor-made for my guests.

It is a unique experience, completely different from the standard touristic offers.

It is a high level of holiday where I combine the warmth of the Umbrian-Italian traditions (culture, history and food) with the natural beauty and romanticism of the area (my villa, the landscape and sites) and with comfort and personal well being (relaxing accomodation, healthy tours, hiking, biking, horse riding, massage).

Here is a possible package. It includes:

• transportation from the closest railway station to my villa

• accomodation in one or both apartments ("IL RUSTICO" o "LA TERRAZZA")

• large breakfast at the TERRAZZA, with a large variety of fresh local food (all organic OF COURSE): daily fresh local bread, focaccia, fresh milk, fresh cheese, eggs, vegetables of the season, pure extra virgin olive oil, homemade jam, freshly squeezed juices, crostata, caffè italiano, etc....

• each day you can choose between having Italian lesson, a cuisine lesson, going for a botanic hike, or horse riding (price of horse riding is not included in the package), or just relaxing with a professional massage (price of massage is not included in the package)

• every day I will conduct a guided tour (by car) to the most charming medieval cities and historical sites and/or events

• dinner a la carte at traditional umbrian restaurants (wine included)
